This Valentines Day weekend, Planterra has prepared an exciting pop up Valentines dinner experience for couples who would like to share an evening at Planterra Conservatory. We have been working hard to prepare this event down to choosing the courses, wine and even a gift plant for each couple who attends. Dinner will be prepared by Chef Jeremy Kalmus who is known for his other pop up style dinners at locations like the Revolver in Hamtramck.Live music and photo opportunities will also be available.We have been asked by many people when we will start holding dinners for the public to experience the venue without having to be invited to a wedding or private event. This is our way of opening up the doors to the community so they can see the true magic that comes from a Planterra event. Dinner will include a 5 course meal with vegetarian and non-seafood options available upon request. The evening will start with a Champagne toast and welcome from Planterra's President, Shane Pliska. Wine flights will be prepared with each course to accentuate the flavors in Chef Jeremy's creations; beer options will also be available. Dinner will conclude with a dessert course and gift plant from our greenhouse.We look forward to having you and your Valentine join us for a fantastic night of food, drinks and romance under the stars in our glass conservatory.
