Planterra Summer Tasting

We held our summer tastings last week and as always it was great to enjoy a special evening with our wonderful clients. The tastings give our clients an opportunity to try an array of menu options and get a true understanding of the quality of the food. Chef spend time explaining the food and process and answering questions. We sampled many of our hors d'oeuvres, salads, entrees and desserts along with many of the wines from Planterra's extensive wine list. Two of the highlights of the evening were the Charcuterie Station during the cocktail hour and the over-the-top Darkest Hour Dessert Station.

David's design for the event was stunning and highlighted specialty linens and chairs, unique place settings and flowers - lots of flowers! His selections for the evening included natural farm chairs, the Revival linen in taupe, black & white striped napkins, the gold Saturn charger, Juliet water glass and Como copper flatware. The look was rich and warm perfect for upcoming fall and winter weddings.
