A Beautiful Planterra Wedding in 60 Days
In the late winter this year, we found ourselves with a unexpectedly available Saturday in early June. David mentioned the opening to a potential client, who smiled and said, "Let's do it!" So we had just about 60 days to get everything ready for her. This is a tight time frame to plan a wedding, but if the bride can do it, so can we! We had so much fun working with this bride and as you can see her big day was beautiful...

It was such a gorgeous spring day! The bride and groom along with family, friends and their sweet Golden pup were ready to celebrate. After an intimate ceremony under our floral draped arbor there were cocktails on the patio followed by dinner and dancing - a perfect evening!

As a full-service provider, Planterra takes care of the ceremony coordination, food and beverage, floral and design and all service and set-up. We can even help secure your photographer and entertainment so all the client has to focus on is the guest list and apparel. We just needed a couple meetings with this bride to learn what she wanted and how she envisioned her wedding day and then we made it happen. Since all the services are handle in-house, we have the ability to execute everything in a very short time.
As you can see this bride's aesthetic was romantic and soft. Lots of blush and cream toned, garden-inspired florals, gold metallic accents and candlelight. She also wanted special details like violinists playing on the patio as the guests mingled during cocktail hour and a Michigan-inspired dessert station featuring Faygo and Vernors floats.
