Here is a list of great salads from some of our favorite food blogs. We plan to serve these this summer.

And last but certainly not least here is the Planterra Farmer’s Edible Flower Salad.
Edible Flower Salad
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
A squeeze of honey
A squeeze of lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper
Chopped herbs (chives, parsley, dill, thyme, whatever you’ve got)
1/2 cup olive oil
Chop the first five ingredients and toss with alyssum blossoms and vinaigrette. Enjoy!
