On May 17th Planterra had the pleasure of hosting the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan for their inaugural Women's Tea for Healing and Hope.  The fundraiser turned out to be a beautiful day of support, education and advocacy  to make a difference in the lives of women facing challenges associated with bleeding disorders.

Jeanne White-Grinder, Ryan White's mother warmed the hearts of everyone in attendance as presenter of the event. Her son, Ryan, was diagnosed with AIDS, having contracted HIV through treatment for hemophilia.  Her story hope and healing helped inspire women at this event going through similar circumstances. Please take a look at the beautiful event held at Planterra Conservatory.
